As you enter the home, you come upon a large dining room with a flatscreen streaming tv., completely open to the kitchen that has a huge island that can almost seat everyone! Lots of counter space for entertaining and equipped with modern appliances. The kitchen is very well stocked for dining and entertaining. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one full bath. Bedroom #1 has a King bed, flat screen streaming tv. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and Streaming flatscreen tv, Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and Streaming flatscreen tv. There is a main level living room with an huge sectional for seating and 65" flat screen and gas fireplace. From there you can access the backyard from a patio door. Perfectly set up with ample seating and dining, Hot tub, fenced in yard, fire pit and a gas grill. The Lower Level has a lounge feel with a pool table and a ping pong topper, so you can pick whatever game you desire. There is another flatscreen, bar stools, pub table and couches, so there's room for everyone. There is a bathroom with a shower and the bunk room. 2 bunk beds, twins over full! The laundry room is also located in the lower level. The home has beach access just outside the front door via two public access ways and just a short walk to Lake Street Beach.
